This was installed on the wall behind the door in the bathroom in my hotel in Virginia Beach. I didn't use it because I was a bit worried it would microwave me, or make a loud noise once I had gone to sleep.
I can only assume this is a shower head. Crikey mo! I was too scared and had an ankle deep bath instead.
